MTN - just keeps on TAKING and TAKING and TAKING...!!!!

So, after my much documented woes with MTN extracting R21k arrears out of me in one payment during lockdown - the misery of dealing with this greedy company continues...

My debit order of R3,551 runs on the 15th of every month. I make a simple request to please move my debit order to the 30th/31st of every month (iow starting 31 December!!) as that would be easier for me. After debiting the monthly payment on 15 November - what do the good folks at MTN do - run yet another debit order on 30 November. Two payments of R3,551 in two weeks..!!

Honestly - I cannot take any more from these people - how they go about doing things just defies belief!! Can't wait to grab your money.

I want my R3,551 back TODAY from you MTN - I have bills to pay!! Take your debit order off on 31 December as I instructed you to do.
