Mtn just increased the bill without informing me

This is completely **** to be honest I only upgraded my mtn contract cause I was told specifically that my installment will be R299 i just received my bill now and I'm getting charged R399 I'd like to cancel my contract **** with mtn cause I was told something else and being charged something
