MTN just dont provide any service

I have been struggling almost a year now to finalise my MTN account cancellation and refund. I get asked to provide the same documents over and over again since December 2021. And still my monthly subscription goes off. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET THIS FINALISED???

No response from MTN again as like all the other times i tried to reach out to them
