MTN just don't know when to stop with debit orders after a contract has been cancelled

I wish hello Peter can give a zero rating on stars as MTN deserves zero.

im so fed up with the monetary deduction that they keep taking from me on a contract that ended Dec 2018. in March 2020 MTN responded to my review on hello Peter and apologised that they will not deduct any money off my account anymore but its April 2020 now and I still have to stop and reverse unauthorised debit orders off my account. im so unhappy with MTN and I used to be a happy client...
