MTN JUST DONT CARE

I've been taken from pillar to post regarding payments made to MTN via Nudebt for my profile to be updated but instead MTN is sending me emails of them black listing me even though I made payments and have sent proof of payment . No one is willing to assist me and I'm disappointed at the service received. Tried their socialedia platforms, calling them and emails but with no luck .. BAD SERVICE
