MTN just doesn't CARE!

Interesting that MTN has an email address: customerCARE, when there is NO caring involved. Early Monday morning, 29 June, I sent an email to [Email Removed] to cancel my contract with immediate effect, and since then I have not heard a word from them... I sent follow-up emails, but did not even receive an automated response with a reference number confirming their attention to the matter. I tried calling their call centre, but after hanging on for more than 20 minutes, I just gave up! Yesterday I sent another follow up message requesting a response before close of business otherwise I will go to Hello Peter... I can see the email was read, as I have 'read receipt' activated on my emails. They once again did not bother to respond. Hence the reason for this complaint. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! THIS IS NOT CUSTOMERCARE!!! If I don't get a response today, I will take this matter to other media platforms as well.....
