MTN just does not care about service delivery

Hi, I ported my number to MTN due to better coverage in my area. I also expected better service as from the previous provider as MTN seems to currently be the leader.

I cannot regret my decision more! I've tried resolving my voicemail setup with the not help line; in store with 2x logged calls.

To date no one cares and I just signed a business contract and cannot get my messages? So loosing business and MTN could not care as they have the security of the contract!

Absolutely appalling.
