MTN just does not bother to respond to customer enquiries

No customer service whatsoever. Emails and phone calls go unanswered.

I am still not able to get through to your contact centre, the system just keeps asking for the number and does not dispatch me through to talk to a call centre agent.

We have been struggling to get through to the Mtn call centre line via another network number. As soon as you type in the number you are trying to get info on, the voice prompt interrupts you and you cannot continue.

2. We have a number registered on prepaid. But it just stopped working we need to activate global roaming as we travel to Germany but we cannot reach MTN for 2 weeks now.
