MTN just decides to cancel my insurance
So MTN decided to cancel my insurance without my consent, now they informing this when I have to claim.... MTN you continue to disappoint me. Now I have to be the inconvenienced person that has to running around going to your store yet I received a call to say that my insurance was activated.... This is beyond unacceptable

01 Oct 2019, 08:42I have the email of the insurance contract that I got into, I even received a call to let me know that the insurance was activated. Pinnacle Insurance are saying that MTN is the one that performed the cancellation, I never gave consent to cancel the insurance, that is why it shocks me now that a claim stage I am being told of this
