MTN just decided to charge us 5times more than normal

Absolutely THE MOST PATHETIC service we have ever received from any mobile network.

They billed us up to R2300 more for our normal contract, which has been signes for R299 a month. We went to our MTN shop in town and they even couldn't get hold of any one on the telephone at MTN to sort out the mess.

We then spoke to the MTN regional manager who tried helping us but none of us could get through to any MTN consultants over the phone.

This is absolutely shocking service and definitely will we be terminating our contract with MTN and will never again do business with them.

They ***** your money and then never answers any phone calls, not even from their own employees at their MTN stores!
