MTN JEFFREYS BAY IS USELESS
I upgraded my phone contract on Sunday the 1st of Martch. My sim swop went threw and everything was fine.
On Monday my phone was softbarred and the consultant told me its my sim swop that failed. After I used my new sim card in my new phone. So that was a lie. I have been struggling 2 days to get my phone on again. Costing me money to call the useless store and paying for something that i cant use.

The phone cover they gave me fits my phone. But if I want to charge the phone or put my aux in, I must take the cover off. So I have no use for this cover.

I regret that I upgraded. I want to cancel my contract !!
