MTN JABULANI MALL- UNAUTHORIZED ACCOUNT OPENING (CLOSE IT NOW!)

I have had a dispute with MTN for opening an account for me when the consultant asked for my documents to do an affordability check and NOT to open an account. This was in November 2020. I did not know that the consultant opened an account until I received my first debit order form MTN on the 25th February 2021.

To date, I have attempted to reach out to MTN, with prolonged promises that the matter will be resolved, it is now the 5th Month that my account has been debited. Last month the store manager from JABULANI MALL promised that it would be resolved before the next debit date, which has since passed.

Please note: - I did not sign any contract document - I do not have a copy of any contract document - I was never given a cellphone by MTN and do not have an MTN cellphone in my possession

I WANT MY REFUND! I want the account to be removed from my CREDIT REPORT as it is ruining my credit profile.
