MTN Jabulani Mall the customer service there is appalling.

I have a ***** case running and they don't want to assist me to get the letter from ***** with their response. Worse part their branch manager as well assists his staff in making sure they make me feel small.

Bheki and all in the team are extremely unhelpful i would strongly encourage South Afrcan's to stop using this network as when we need their help they are not there yet when they want sales they are quick.
