MTN JABULANI mall allergic to customers
The worst shopping experience ever. Its a ghost ship occupying space and time with nothing. You walk in and everyone looks down at their screen to avoid you THE CUSTOMER. it had 4 people behind the counter but no one wanted to help me IN A EMPTY shop. HOPE YOUR SALES REFLECT THE LACK OF LEADERSHIP AND LAZINESS DISPLAYED. No goals or targets just people being paid to hang out.

Nothing engaging just people sitting. when you walk in, you feel like your disturbing because no one wants to be bothered with your presence as that means they must work. DO US ALL A FAVOUR AND PUT ALL YOUR CATALOGUES OUTSIDE BY THE DOOR.
I didn't get anyone's name just 2 females and 1 male in formal clothes and rude short male in a casual MTN T-shirt.
GOOD SERVICE is not a white people thing, good service means I see you, I appreciate your time and thank you. we all deserve it.
