Mtn Jabulani Mall
I went to Jabulani Mal Mtn this afternoon.. I wanted to make a payment and I had physical cash I was told that they do not take cash.. which I understood so I made means to get cash transferred to my bank card.. literally 5 mins later I walked back into the mtn and I wanted to pay as I now had cash on my card.. and all of a sudden I was told that they don't have network. No one told me that when I walked In the first time.. there was a lady and 3 guys.. the one guy literally laughed out loud.. so I just stormed out as I was really F**** ****ed off.

Some stores do not take cash, other store do take depends on stores.
It could be that the first time you walked in to the store they had network and systems do work.
Apology for the agent laughing and thinking this was a joke.
We have escalated the complaint to the store manager.
In the future when you want to make cash payments, do this at Absa Bank. Bank account *** and your cell number as reference.
