MTN it’s the worst network service provider I’ve ever been with, the call centre agent are so unprofessional they don’t know what they are dealing with. 24th of November 2025 I decided to settle my cellphone contract with MTN, I called the call centre I was given a wrong amount to pay (overcharged) since then I have not received my refund till to date. I hate that company with passion
