Mtn it's a ****

I have a month to month contract with mtn so I paid it on the 1st of January 2026 then they told me that I was paying for February month then I said it okay then I was advised to buy a speed recovery which is R499 I did that and still my internet was not working and I called in I was told that I just gave away my money for free to mtn and this is not the first problem I have come across with mtn I had a contact with them which they made me pay R3000 for the router and I did pay it but now they don't want to unlock the router so I can use the network of my choice and on top of that they refuse to remove my name from the arrears the account number is BA***
