MTN Itemized billing is USELESS

I pay for Itemized billing but I can access it. I get my monthly statement emailed on time...i pay it on time...then i need to download my itemized billing from the Interactive Billing Portal...I put in my email address for a 1time pin but I never get the link. I have so many ref numbers its not even funny.
