MTN IT Useless to provide simple web interface for billing

Not receiving bills from MTN. Their online system only provides up to March there is no alternative to get your bills. They are supposed to e-mail them but I presume due to them sending lots of advertising mails using the same mail address it has been flagged as Spam by Google and thus we never get them.

Excuse they give is they are migrating that is why the web interface is not working Now what does migrating lines have to due with a simple web interface that talks to billing and being able to provide the ability download bills. Nothing absolutely nothing. MTN is the only provider unable to provide customers the ability to download their bills
