MTN is your VIP ticket to blacklisting!

I am extremely disappointed with how MTN has handled my account settlement. I settled my debt in full over two months ago and have received confirmation that the account was paid, yet MTN has still failed to update the settlement with the credit bureaus.

I have fulfilled my obligation completely, but their failure to follow the required procedures continues to negatively affect my credit profile.

It is incredibly frustrating to see a company take payment promptly but then take months to reflect that payment with the credit bureaus. It honestly feels as though MTN is more comfortable keeping customers blacklisted than taking accountability and ensuring that settled accounts are properly and timeously updated.

Very disappointing service and accountability from MTN.
