MTN IS WRECKED.

Mobile contract transferred from Nashua to MTN biggest travesty ever. Account has been paid up to date, proof has been sent on numerous occasions. Keep receiving sms's stating the account is in arrears and the service is cut. Mr. Willem Loots keeps promising service will be reinstated in the next hour and this happens 30 hours later. Mr Willem Loots also promises to respond to my e-mails within the next hour, not once has he responded. Asked the switch board for his manager Mr Richard Gardeners email address, have been advised they are not allowed to hand out email addresses. Have called the contact center 43 times, phone rings forever and has only been answered twice and both times cut me off. Have a large credit at Nashua that was supposedly been transferred to MTN, Mr Loots has supposedly been investigating still no word on where the credit is. Nashua do not have a contact number, apparently closed. One can understand why consumers resort to such drastic action by displaying banners in public areas exposing the lack of service from mobile companies. Is legal action the last resort.
