MTN is worse than a den of *******

MTNs call centre is hopelessly useless. Waited on the line for 30min after being asked the no for my query more than once. Then verification etc. I wanted to cancel my no, so they put me through to retentions, although I am not interested, just want to cancel my contract. I have now been waiting for another 90min, without any call centre agent answering, just the stupid music.
