Mtn is wasting my time

Pathetic mobile application!!!! I have to phone every month to get a statement(on average I am 30min on a call every time), I do not get statements at all. When I go into the app and try to mail a statement to myself I also don’t receive the statement. No functionality exists on the app to download or view a statement. I am tired of wasting my time every month to get a statement. I am done with MTN after my contact ends. Come on guys how difficult is it to give the user the option to view/download statements on the app.
