MTN is very very useless

Struggle for months to get real help. When I call the call centre the agent told me everything is fine on our side the problem is on side. Then my friends who is with MTN have the same problem. The agents lie everytime to me.

The complaints department dont give me feedback. If I call to speak to a manager or supervisor they tell me they cant put me through they will call me back and it never happen.

Conclusion: Call centre lie, managers dont call me, complaints department dont give me feedback.
