MTN is very useless and a bunch of ****mers

I cancelled my mtn insurance last year November, however,Mtn has been debiting my account every single month to date... I call their contact centre every month trying to resolve this but they are just as useless, both the agents and their supervisors... I'm going to the ombudsman now I'm exhausted honestly.. Mtn is horrible. I have been with them since 2019 and I have never missed a payment only for then to terrorise me like this
