MTN is very *********** Company even the Management

I contract expired with MTN in August and asked them to migrate the numbers to prepaid. Its four months now and they still haven't changed the numbers over to prepaid are still debiting my account. I am calling them every month and they give me different ref# and nothing is been done. MTN is the worse company
