Mtn is very disappointing!!!
<p>This is a follow review regarding the report that was going to be sent to ITC to update my details as Mtn was in agreement that i dont owe anything. To my surprise i get another sms again TODAY for an account I have settled already! It says:</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN Acc: We want to avoid Judgment and know you need a good credit record. Are you able to pay anything? Call NLA on ********** 628 or email ********** MN081307....</p> <p> </p> <p>Really Mtn...why don't you keep your promises????</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very unhappy! I want a report that proves that these debt collectors have been notified otherwise I am going the legal route for putting me thru he'll MTN!!!!!!!</p>

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result of this. I completely understand the frustration it causes.
According to our records a request has been sent to ITC for status update on the account, I have also requested the Legal department to provide you with a confirmation letter that the matter has been resolved.
We sincerely hope that you will have no further cause for any complaint in relation to our service.

I am terribly sorry for the inconveniences experienced as a result of this. I completely understand the frustration it causes.
According to our records a request has been sent to ITC for status update on the account, I have also requested the Legal department to provide you with a confirmation letter that the matter has been resolved.

Did you atleast try to contact the Debt Collectors? They seem to not understand this story, please inform them as their sms are not very nice at all.
Last week I had already requested your Legal Dpt to send me a letter but no response has been received, will they deliver this time?
