MTN IS UTTERLY USELESS
MTN has suspended my call services, my account is up to date and not in arrears yet my services have been cut, people can phone me yet I can't phone out.<br> I've spoken to 5 different people at Mtns call centre to get this problem rectified and everytime they check my services they say it is not suspended, yet I phone 1555 and this call centre verified that the network services HAVE been suspended and that it's Mtns call centre that is incapable of finding the actual problem and rectifying it.<br> I use my cellphone for work.<br> My cellphone number has been suspended more than its been active in the years I've had this contract <br> <br> Then I get told \the suspension was hiding\" <br> Are you people serious? <br> Somebody decided to suspend my services and then hide it? <br> <br> What kind of service are you offering people for being with your network?! <br> <br> Thank you dear MPHO for HELPING ME AND NOT BEING TOO LAZY TO CHECK YOUR SYSTEMS PROPERLY!!! <br> MTN I'm done with your terrible service!!! I will not renew my contract!!! "
