MTN is usless

MTN has got to be the worst service provider ever. I went in to their MTN store located at Centurion mall. I needed help with two things. 1. I had a damaged MTN contract phone and needed a repair quote for my insurance. First I got send away to Vodacom cause they takes 2 days and MTN takes 4 weeks. Note both send the phones in to their repair centres. I ot back after walking all the way to Vodacom as they cant assist me with a MTN phone. THen the very unhelpfull MTN assistant told me I must hand my phone in with the charger. Why h needs the charger for a repair qoute he cant tell me. I informed him I dont have a charger I lost it almost 2 years ago and I use my wife's charger. He tells me well then bring hers. So now my wife cant charge her phone for 4 weeks???? . 2nd problem I had was I upgraded last week Friday to a sim contract only cause I have a phone. I asked can I add a phone to the existing upgrade. He tells me no, but if you can find anyone sympathetic you can try. I waited for the store amanger who could not be bothered. MTN YOU ARE USELESS . CANCEL MY CONTRACT NOW.
