MTN is Usless

I have been waiting for a pre-termination letter with an mtn letter head on it for over a week I mean come on how hard is it to actually do your job.. I'm not asking for alot just a formal pre-termination so I can give it to Cell C. Then my second problem is that all of the customer care staff at 808 have no idea what they talking about because the stories always change from stalf member to stalf member.. if I don't get that letter I can't pay mtn the outstanding balance left on my account due to cell c not releasing my buy out amount to pay with.<br>
