MTN is Useless-wants my travelling child stranded

MTN as disconnected my number from network with no prior notification despite having ported number from business to person in Nov2022. Calling their 135 0r 083135 number is a waste as you get put from pillar to post. The person who was supposed to assist fails to take accountability. my 8yr old child is traveling this morning and the only number she has to reach me on is the very MTN number that is disconnected. MTN stuff is useless Catherine Kitime and Fozia Rashid should, wow, im gob-smacked
