Mtn is useless, same problem for the 4th time
Below is a copy and paste of a complaint l wrote 4 days ago. It is the 4th time im having the very same problem. Up till now l haven't even heard from anyone. They don't seem to be bothered about sorting out a customers problem. I have been their customer for 12 years and this is how they just discard me.....<br> <br> Again for the 4th time now its the same problem. Ever since l took out my contract I've been having this problem with my tablet on ***, it was sorted out after a long time and after speaking to many arrogant call center operators. Now Mtn is again incorrectly charging me from my night data during the day time. What in the world is going on here???<br> <br> My previous complaint was responded to by Ayanda REQ:***.<br> <br> I want this sorted.
