MTN IS USELESS - RUDE AND ***********

ZERO STARS !!!!

I have been with MTN for many years - without ever giving them any complaints, now after not upgrading for almost 4 years MTN decided to give me a 100th call - just stated to play less they offered to just change my plan - I asked would this affect my contract as I do not want to upgrade yet as I will be looking into a laptop soon. They assured me no it will not.

I then wanted to submit a insurance claim which I have paid for more than 4 years and was declined - more than R 30 000 WASTED FOR NOTHING.

I called and spoke to so many people - not even MTN some partnerships but yet still no one could assit.

Now I want to cancel and still not getting any assistance, now finally a reply again being referred to someone else and now requesting me to pay a cancelations fee. Which I refuse to !

DO NOT USE MTN - TOO COMPLICATED, AND LIKE TO MUNIPLATE THEIR CUSTOMERS.

I moved over to Vodacom, no issues, quick and easy and insurances is as easy as submit your form with your device they fix within two weeks.

AGAIN DO NOT EVER USE MTN !!!
