MTN is USELESS!! PATHETIC!! WORTHLESS!! UNFUNCTIONAL!! POINTLESS!!

I had a cellphone contract with MTN. The service was so poor that I paid off my contract before the expiry date just to GET RID OF THEM!!!!!!!!! I got a letter from MTN to say my contract is paid in FULL. This was in 2020. I went to the bank today just for them to tell me MTN is still on my name and its in ARREERS!!!!!!!!! I am speechless... I phoned the in the passed about the EXACT same problem.. WHAT DID THEY DO ABOUT IT NOTHING!!!!!!
