MTN IS USELESS-HORRIBLE NETWORK

I sent my Phone for repairs in May where it took 3 weeks to come back, it only worked 1 day then it was not charging at all, was just rebooting the whole time. If it is in the charger it will stay on 1%. I have reported it and it was collected after a week. After it was collected they kept it again for 2 weeks and brought it back Tuesday 18/06/2019 where it worked 2 days then on Thursday it says " No service/No Network" mind you i sat without a Phone for over a month.

I do not want this Phone to be collected now- I want a new replacement to be delivered to me and take this Phone because this is unacceptable now. Every month your Debit order goes off but you fail to keep your customers happy and give them a proper service.

My Phone was sent for repairs for a damaged screen came back with system issues where it kept on rebooting, no charging and now Network is an issue basically my phone was repaired 3 times.
