MTN is Useless...

I have been waiting for a call from MTN, after sending them several msgs on Facebook. I'm stuck with no simcard but I'm paying ntn monthly, I have been trying to do a Sim swap but I have failed and I'm frustrated.. I'm just paying for nothing.. MTN is useless, I'm going to stop your debit orders until you resolve my problem. I'm so gatvol right now
