MTN is useless!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. Probably the worst company to take out a contract with. I closed my account in 2024 and I requested proof that the account was closed because it still reflected on my credit record as an unpaid account. until today, they haven’t sent me anything despite me sending countless emails to their useless legal department that only communicate via email. What is so difficult about sending me proof that my account is paid off and closed!? I am going to file a complaint with the Ombudsman at this point because I’ve done everything to reach out to them, and they simply don’t care.
