MTN is USELESS!!!

MTN is the most useless service provider. Their online applications don't work, then you get referred to a consultant who can't assist in completing the application because they have multiple unsynched systems where existing customer profiles don't link. They send you in-store, where the individuals can't even load the provided supporting documents properly. You can every day to get a status update on 135 or 136 which is also not user-friendly. Once you eventually get through, nobody can tell you what the status is except for pending. As a customer of theirs for over 15 years, it's quite ridiculous that their processes hinder my service. At this point I'm better off porting my number to a more efficient provider. Even the worst of the worst might be better than MTN
