MTN IS USELESS!!!!!

I have a contract with you guys, i get my minutes and data....you debit my account each month. But on the statement i receive each month there is no amount i have paid. And also on Transunion account it states that my account was closed in February 2020......I want this fixed please. I am considering cancelling this contract i have with MTN because all you guys have given me is a headache.
