MTN IS USELESS

i m in credit bureau cos of this MTN they claimed that my account had no money when i send them the statement they claim that i called to cancel the contract MTN is the worst provider in South Africa, I am telling you. Their customer service is absolutely useless. Not to mention how IMPOSSIBLE it is to contact their legal department. MTN DOES NOT RESPOND TO E-MAILS.
