MTN IS USELESS

MTN service is pathetic. There is a credit on my account of R17000.00 which is a refund for a ********** transaction. I have been struggling to get that money re-imbursed to me as I was originally told to pay the ****** money. For over three months MTN just tells me that they have escalated it. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR YOU PEOPLE TO DO SOMETHING. I have done everything you have asked for, 21 times over. yes, I have 21 Case numbers. I am gatvol of your pathetic excuses. For over 15 years you have never struggled with me for payment. ***
