MTN IS USELESS

Bought a cellphone contract in June this year, Huawei Y70 and it came with a set of Headphones. the Headphones only worked on that day then they just died. the 1st of July i took them to MTN shop in Dihlabeng, Bethlehem mall. I was told the Huawei rep only comes once to their branch. Until today, I still haven't received them back, every time I phone to check, I am told they are still there. I tried calling MTN customer care, but they are useless. I am thinking of cancelling my contract with them since they can't help me. Useless!!!
