MTN is useless as a backup system

I have a MTN ****le as an emergency back-up .. But ... I have no reception during loadshedding .... So why should I be with MTN ?????????. I live in what could be considered as reasonable are and would therefore at least expect reasonable service in Dalview , Brakpan
