MTN IS USELESS and WILL Ruin your Day

So this is my 3rd time this has happened in the past 5years.

So I order/upgrade or take out a new contract with MTN and because they have the most unreliable and inconsistent courier company DSV Logistics the parcels have every time been delayed between 3 to 4 times before being delivered and then you can not even count on the given time slot because as history have shown if they say 13:00 to 15:00 then they will not show up.

Because only the person taking out the contract can receive the parcel you are stuck and need to clear your calendar time after time after time.

The drivers outright lie and say they have tried to contact you even if you provide them with an alternative number they simply do not contact that number.

If you want something from MTN please do yourself a favor and go get it from the store because if you go the DSV route you ARE going to be disappointed and have to deal with the most unprofessional and *********** courier service of them all.

What I do not understand is how a company as large as this can be so utterly useless in this simple little task

As long as MTN makes use of DSV I will never upgrade order or do any business with them again because of MTN's uselessness in this matter aswell.
