MTN IS USELESS AND UNPROFESSIONAL

Am very disappointed in this company as this is the second time am receiving such an ugly service from them, i bought 2 phones in 2022 december and everything was fine, they were debiting every month then last year 2023 around october i bought an iphone from them again,,,,, from there they never debit up until i received smses that am owing around R5000 something and i do not even receive statements from them.

The first time i app**** for the phones,the person who assisted me captured my email incorrectly and i kept calling to rectify it but with no success.

Last week i called to be directed to their collections department and i was told my account has been handed over, am so ****ed right now because i can’t even apply for anything since am on default because of them,then i was put from pilar to post until they hung up my call with no assistance.

I decided to send an email to get this sorted but still there is no help am getting, today i received another sms saying i owe R6911,,,, i am thinking of taking this further to the ombudsman.
