MTN IS USELESS AND A BUNCH OF LIERS

My wife took out a cellphone contract for my son and with the contract you would have received a free Cellphone, she took the contract because of the free phone, the other networks did not offer something with. When she received the phone there was no free phone included. She Emailed MTN and they told her that that special was over even though it was still on their website, we complained and told them that it is false advertising. They never rep**** to that mail, after that we have sent through 9 Emails that was also not rep**** to. DO NOT USE MTN, they are the worst Network provider. They lie to their clients and do not give a DAMN about you. But on the day you need to pay them they are the quickest to take your money. Please spread this so all can see that they are useless. They do not even follow their own Code of Conduct.
