Mtn is useless!!!

I just about had it with these unprofessional idiots. I did my upgrade last month. The gentleman who assisted loaded the incorrect package on my account. Have logged a query with them, where after I was contacted and promised my account will be rectified.... To my surprise, a courier pitched up with a second phone (which I did not sign for). Upon receipt of my account today, I am being billed for both phones and the correct package is still not loaded.
