MTN IS USELESS

I am disappointed with the service from mtn, I app**** for a add line contract on 16/04/2022, till today 20/04/2022, mtn has no provided any feedback. Do they not have workers or can they not provide customer service??? Very very disappointing especially when you are in need of a device! Pathetic
