MTN is useless

I am utterly disgusted and dissatisfied with the lack of service and assistance from MTN.

I bought a router online and it has been a terrible 3 days trying to get assistance in setting it up.

An agent literally informed me that in order to receive technical assistance I would need to get a contract phone or ask someone with a contract phone to call technical support as technical support is not offered to MTN prepaid customers. ***?

I have been given so many numbers to call yet no one is able to assist.
