MTN is useless

I cant receive or make calls since the 11th of August 2026.I have been calling MTN everyday,the matter gets escalated all the time.Their technical team is very useless.Its almost 3weeks now that I can't use the services that I pay diligently.This is not fair to me that they dont know how to do their job. I have missed soo many important calls because of this inconvenience.
